The GRR is a dedicated artist sanctuary. The 1957 Great Room is equipped with a tuned upright piano, an acoustic guitar, a Fender Twin Reverb amp, and an audiophile setup featuring a record player with vintage speakers.

Absolutely. The ranch sits on over an acre of private land in Panorama Heights - a neighborhood in Joshua Tree, California. A smaller section around the home is fully fenced, so you can enjoy dinner on the covered patio in peace! It offers a secluded atmosphere for stargazing with a vintage chiminea and outdoor daybed, while keeping local desert wildlife at a respectful distance.

The ranch is a masterfully restored 1957 mid-century original. It features natural plaster walls, 12ft beamed ceilings, and a custom microcement walk-in shower. It is designed for those who appreciate a "vintage boutique" patina over a standard modern rental.
